I believe we are born with a purpose to make the world a better. Sometimes, many of us while growing up knew exactly what we wanted to be. For others, it is a process of self-discovery. I help individuals make sense, find harmony, peace and purpose through counseling.

I use client-centered play therapy with children ages 3-11, allowing them to express their thoughts and emotions through play. Without saying a word, children find relief from emotional distress by playing with select toys in a safe, compassionate environment.
